Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and MaplePhoto, a division of Fk7 Photographie Inc. ("MaplePhoto", "we", "our") governing your use of the MaplePhoto platform (the "Platform"), including the online photo stores operated on it by participating photographers.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms are provided in English and in French. In the event of a discrepancy between the two versions, the English version governs, except where the law of your province requires otherwise.

2. Description of Services

MaplePhoto is a school photography platform that allows:

• Professional photographers to upload, manage, and sell school photographs
• Parents and guardians to access their children's photo galleries via a secure access code and purchase photographic products

Photographs are sold by the photographer named on the store you are visiting. MaplePhoto provides the platform and payment processing; the photographer is responsible for the photographs, the products, and their fulfilment.

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Professional Photographers

To register as a photographer, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Operate a legally established photography business in Canada
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Parents and Guardians

Parents and guardians access galleries using an access code provided by the photographer or the school. By using that code, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child whose photographs you are viewing, or that you are authorized by them.
